You can visit Colette.world without revealing any personal information. Our web servers collect the IP addresses, but not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. This information can measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, and other such statistics.

By using Colette Tech, you may be asked for information that identifies you, including but limited to your name, contact information (i.e., e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.), financial information such as credit card numbers and related information, and information related to your family members and guests, purchases of goods and services while at Colette, dietary preferences, and any images and audio data from security camaras (collectively, “Personal Information”). Colette makes no representations or warranties regarding Third Party Services. Colette does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from any Third Party Services. Colette will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any actual or alleged damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any Third Party Services. You irrevocably waive any claim against Colette with respect to such Third Party Services.
We retain Personal Information for as long as you are a member, or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected to provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements and comply with applicable law.
The security of all Personal Information provided to Colette is important to us and we take reasonable steps endeavoring to use appropriate technical or organizational measures to protect your Personal Information, including against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we will notifying you by sending an email to you.
